OJS Building Services, Inc. (OJS), was started in 2007 by Stephen Meyer, PE, and LEED AP. We specialize in the emerging building energy market. We strive to provide the best performance possible at a fair value. Our customers range from large industrial facilities, schools, corporations, government buildings, and countless small businesses that have all realized the energy saving and peace of mind that comes from outstanding performance by OJS. .

Our business is to help our customers save money by reducing the amount of energy they consume. We do this primarily by installing direct digital control systems and energy saving equipment retrofit for our customer’s HVAC systems. We can also provide energy audits and associated engineering services to help customers identify and choose which energy conservation measures to pursue to make the best use of limited budgets.
